International Group Operations Director
Location: UK/ Bulgaria

Providing services to its customers in the UK for the past 5 years, our client has extensive expertise in delivering a wide range of services and solutions for both fixed and wireless network infrastructure. With a successful track record in some of the biggest Telecom’s projects in the country, they are experiencing a period of growth and expansion.

Role Requirements

The Group Operations Director will be an ambassador of the “Operational excellence” principle on a daily basis across all locations. They will work with the operations function, to perform the audit, design, and implement the “Change management” approach – reaching the operational effectiveness and efficiency. The role could be located in Bulgaria and/or United Kingdom.
As a Group Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
• Focus on operations process design across the operating subsidiaries
• Perform audits in all operations locations to define improvements and ensure the design, and implementation of a change management approach
• Leading and coaching the regional teams toward the common objective: ‘Operational Excellence’
• Guide the improvements to the services managed by our operations teams, in line with contractual outputs and customer needs
• Define, design, and ensure the rollout of an Operations Strategy
• Develop, implement, and review suitable short and long-term plans in order to achieve assigned country objectives such as the profit plan, strategic growth plan, human resource organizational capability plan
• Attract and develop employees. Establish and develop training, and delivery centres at cost-effective locations for developing the required employee’s capabilities, in terms of knowledge and skills, starting with the onboarding
• Foster an environment of Employee Engagement by embracing a “First time right” and “Continuous Improvement” culture
• Improve overall countries’ operational performance.

Role Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role in multinational companies
• Proven track record in establishing and developing training and delivery centres
• Able to work at multiple locations/clients
• Open-minded and innovative personality
• Performance oriented mindset
