Job Description

Role: Group Client Satisfaction Administrator

Location: Bristol or Amersham

Salary: £25k – £30k

Job Type: Full Time Perm


Candidates will likely come from sort of administration or customer services background.

They will likely have around 3-4 years’ worth of experience

The responsibilities of the successful candidate would require them to:

· Record and Maintain the Customer Relationship Management system.

· Collate Client data and prepare reports as required.

·  Prepare marketing material for exhibition and events.

· Post articles on social media.

· Any other reasonable duties to suit your abilities as directed by management.


Required Experience:

. Excellent communicator with good written skills.

· Professional and enthusiastic.

· Willingness to learn new technology and relevant software packages / competence in using the relevant business systems to suit the job role.

· Proven experience as an administrator or within a customer service role.

· Flexible working hours available
