Job Role – Administration Assistant
Salary – £21k-£23k
Location- Leicester
Job Summary:
The Administration Assistant will be responsible for helping with a variety of duties and administrative support where necessary across the business.
Key responsibilities and duties:
● Supporting the Accounts Manager in the smooth running of the Financial Department
● Daily cash and card allocation
● Purchase and Sales Invoicing
● Bank reconciliations using Sage Accounts
● Credit control
● Assisting with the preparation of month end (depreciation calculations, prepayment and accruals journals)
● Filing
● Photocopy and scan documents

Working Hours : Full-time, Permanent – Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
Salary : Basic salary commensurate with experience
